If you are a parent, it is imperative that you make all purchases with your paypal account for your child. DO NOT give your child (or anyone else) access to your PayPal account. Giving access to your PayPal account is as good as giving full access to your credit card. The majority of fraudulent orders come from children using their parent's credit cards or Paypal accounts without permission. You will send a Sms to number indicated for your country, and you will receive an sms with a code that you will enter it in our site to charge it with coins I want to pay by credit or debit card. Do I need a Paypal account? No. Although we process all credit and debit cards through Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account to use them. If you are paying by PayPal or credit card, we would appreciate it if you include your confirmed address and phone number. Please select 'shipping is required' at checkout to include this information with the payment. This goes toward weeding out the fraudulent orders. The more information you provide, the easier it will be to confirm your identity. If you're paying by one of the alternate methods, we will ask you for all the information we need in an email. We will never use personal information for purposes other than verifying the integrity of your order. How will the items be delivered to me? We will create a mule account to hold the item(s) you ordered. The login and password of this account will be e-mailed to your primary Paypal address, or the e-mail address you provided at checkout. After you have received the email, it is your responsability to remove the items from the mule account before it expires. Mules expire 10 days after creation if nobody has logged into them so it is important that you get your items right away. Our representatives are available 24/7 to help transfer your items to your character. How long does it take to get my items once I've paid? Most orders will be delivered within some minutes , if not within a few hours. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 2 days of the time you placed your order, please contact us. We have staff delivering items around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Are your items duped? Will they be deleted by The Scan? No, unless otherwise noted, all items on the site, are legit. Duplicates are marked 'not perm.' Special care should be taken with these items. Please see question "How do I perm/temp-perm an item?" Duped items will not be replaced if they disappear. Because of the risk associated in owning these items, they are significantly less expensive than their legit counterparts, so it's also worth buying them. How do I perm/temp-perm an item? The best way is to socket it into an item ASAP. Obviously, this doesn't work on some unperm items such as 3/20/20s or SoJs or anything, but for runes/jewels/facets this is pretty much the best and most effective way. Other items, such as uniques and charms (basically anything you will never place in to another item) you'll need to "temp perm" every game you join. To do this just merely consists of opening a trade window with another player and then once it opens closing it and leaving the game. This works 99% of the time. Optionally, you can sell the item to an NPC and buy it back as well. Just keep in mind that you cannot buy back certain item types (SoJs for example, and eth items, some others) -- if you choose this option please make sure the item is able to be re-bought from the NPC. Can I work for your site? We're currently not looking for any in game traders to work for us, but we do need item suppliers. Do you guys give repeat customers discounts or bonuses? At some shops, if you're spending less than $50 you'll never get a bonus and we think that's crazy. D2GamesMall always offer best promotion bonus for our customer. You don't have an item I'm looking for. Can I put in a request? Definitely. If you don't see the item you want, just ask! New items are added on a regular basis and it's likely we have what you're looking for or can acquire it.
What exactly am I buying? All items are for Diablo 2 LOD expansion on closed battle.net realms. You are paying us for the time we take to find the tiems. Items will be placed in a mule account, and this information will be emailed to you or for larger orders we may need to contact you first on the phone to verify the order. All items remain property of Blizzard Entertainment.
It's been over 48 hours and no information about my order! If you've not heard anything from us after 48 hours of payment (notice, this includes recieving your payment; check your PayPal logs for information before complaining to us) then make sure you can recieve email from us. A quick way to tell if your email provider may be blocking our emails is if you got an order confirmation from us once you finished making your payment. If you did, then it should be working and you need to contact us as there could be something wrong with your order (though if this is the case, we *should* contact you but definitely give us a hollar). If you never recieved an order confirmation from us and supplied us with the correct email then you're probably blocking us (maybe not on purpose, but that's the general reason) What is your refund policy? We always wish to satisfy our customers, but in some cases we will stand strong on a no refund policy. This includes, but is not limited to, your items poofing when said item is marked unperm (or if you do not make perm/temp-perm methods even if the items are not marked as unperm and them poof). You losing items due to being hacked, transfering with strangers, strength glitches, etc. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU ORDER FOR THE WRONG REALM OR CORE!!!!!! We cannot stress enough how important it is that you make sure that you're ordering for the proper realm/core/ladder (or non). We've clearly marked almost every place possible with this information, and included a simplistic navigation system to toggle between them. If you cannot confirm that... that's not our problem! |
